i can't wait for the concert. not only because i will be in the vicinity of some great artists, but i'm really excited to just hear the music. new, old, covers, whatever. from what i've heard and read, this tour is supposed to be really amazing. john is said to rock out in the guitar break of ''come back to bed'' and maroon 5 inevitably gets better everytime each one of 'em picks up their instrument. so what am i listening to while i prattle on about tremendous live music? well, a cheap rendition of ''for once in my life'' by justin guarini from the first american idol, and now? justin timberlake. okay, now it's RENT and everything's alright.

by the by, where DID justin guarini go? he really had staying poten..... okay i just re-read that and now i can't even finish my statement. i -really- loved him though. why? you tell me.

going to the fair today with ally and lucy. gonna ride some rides, eat a corn dog/pronto pup (is there a difference?), see some of lucy's award winning literature/photography/whatever else she did, then go see her in the PARADE OF CHAMPIONS (why am i so excited about that???), and then meet up with megan and her crazy mom and groupie aunt for the Dierks Bentley Concert! it should be good.. is it wierd that this will be my second time seeing him when ive heard all of maybe 4 songs of his, a total of about 10 times?

I love the Beatles. Not only were they wonderful, great, stupndous, scrumtrulescent, splendiferous, even... but people --stil--l make great T-shirts of them. and now my collection is up to 2. not much, but this could become a habit.

I'm wearing my damien rice t-shirt today, and all it has on it is a white elephant. (the shirt's yellow)......
I look like a member of the Young Republicans.
Oh yes.
I hope that isn't a group at the fair, or could just be lassoed in to supporting Bush....
